THE ROLE

As the People Experience Coordinator, you will partner with the People Experience (PX) team to support and coordinate people experience initiatives, activities, systems, and solutions aligned with business needs. A key responsibility of this role is working closely with the People Experience team to coordinate learning and development initiatives as well as active support, administration and coordination across the people experience realm.

What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

  • Support the People Experience team in the delivery of people experience initiatives such as learning administration, reporting, employee engagement, program design and execution, performance, and other key people initiatives.
  • Coordinate PX initiatives (learning & development; Graduate Program; Induction Program, DI&B) including scheduling and managing attendance, room booking and set up, distribution of training materials, online assessments, catering and evaluations
  • Facilitate the assignment of the Learning & Development onboarding and induction process for all new starters and ongoing compliance requirements
  • Support the creation and implementation of online learning modules, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure learning is engaging, interactive and aligned with learning objectives
  • Support the development of Learning sessions, communications and materials (Invitations, reminders, pre/post work, session packs, workbooks, evaluations and other program materials)
  • Support the facilitation of the Graduate Development Program
  • Review existing PX processes with a view to improving and standardising processes
  • Maintain and review PX Intranet resources to ensure materials are up to date.
  • PC support tasks ranging from simple operations (responding to P&C/Learner questions, requests for information, collation and formatting of documents) to more complex tasks (such as reporting and inputting/utilisation of tools (LMS; Culture Amp))
  • Manage the PX calendar and PX mailbox.
  • Provide consistent advice to the People team in relation to the people experience 12-month plan, activity, process, and systems.
  • Work with the PX team, use data insights and knowledge to help form meaningful people interventions aligned to both the business strategy and people plan.
  • Optimisation, maintenance and administration of people experience systems, including troubleshooting, reporting and upkeep.
  • Support and lead PX projects as required, completing deliverables within set timeframes. Develop and track project timelines, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Processing of supplier invoices and tracking of payment on behalf of the PX team
