About the Role:
Candidates wanting to develop into future Leaders within the business preferable.
We have Full Time Permanent opportunity available at our Preston - Northland location!
Must be Available 76 Hours a Fortnight 5 days per Week.
You will be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from Frame Styling to following healthcare guidelines. To secure this role you will need previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service environment.
- Optical experience and dispensing qualification experience is highly desired, but not essential.
- Training and Deveolpment of others experience is highly desired.
- A self-starter with a sense of humor
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
