Key Responsibilities
- Maintain close contact with landlords to ensure smooth communication.
- Process new rental applications efficiently and thoroughly.
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Conduct open inspections on short notice as needed.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to resolve issues.
- 2+ years’ experience in property management or related roles.
- Real Estate Agent’s Representative qualification required.
- Reliable vehicle and current Victorian Driver’s License needed.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
- Strong client focus with excellent customer service skills.
- Birthday off
- WFH – 1 day per week
