Our client is a global FinTech that has been disrupting the market for years with their innovative BNPL solution to create purchases between retail consumers and businesses. They create seamless transactions for over 16 million (and growing) customers across the world.
As a Lifecycle CRM Manager, this is an opportunity for someone passionate about creating engaging customer experiences through strategic and creative CRM initiatives. You will be crucial in helping to develop and execute a strategy to launch and scale the lifecycle marketing journeys in Canada while continuing to optimize and grow the UK market.
- The role may extend, convert to FTE or other opportunities may present themselves on a 12-month fixed-term contract with paid annual leave, sick leave & public holiday entitlements.

What Will You Create
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in shaping and managing CRM and lifecycle journeys that drive business impact and proactively identifying growth opportunities in global markets.
- Develop and execute a strategy to launch and scale the lifecycle marketing journeys in Canada while continuing to optimize and grow the UK market.
- Develop and manage always-on lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels to increase customer retention and transaction frequency.
- Work closely with product, analytics, creative, engineering, and regional teams to implement high-impact lifecycle strategies tailored to Canada and the UK.
- Work within CRM platforms to analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Develop an experimentation roadmap, execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda, and implement learnings to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure lifecycle content aligns with brand guidelines and collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet market regulations.
- Deeply understand the behaviour, preferences, and needs of customers in Canada and the UK to inform lifecycle marketing decisions.
What Expertise Will You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, specialising in CRM or data-driven marketing
- You have a strong background in developing and scaling CRM and lifecycle programs, ideally across multiple international markets, particularly in Canada or the UK is a plus.
- Experience within a high growth eCommerce, financial services or retail environment will be highly regarded
- You have hands-on experience using CRM platforms, data segmentation and journey mapping tools like Iterable, Hightouch and Movable Ink
- You're comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and continuously optimize campaigns.
- You put the customer at the center of every strategy and decision, ensuring lifecycle communications add value at every touchpoint.
