Role Overview:
We are seeking an Events Team Leader to lead our Sydney-based team, working closely with the State Manager to manage a large team of entertainers. You will oversee equipment movements, costume deliveries, storage maintenance, and even host some events. This task-based role offers flexibility in hours, perfect for someone studying or looking for work that fits around their schedule.
We welcome applicants with experience in customer-facing roles, but all experience levels are encouraged to apply! We're looking for a highly organized team player with strong initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Deliveries: This is not an office job! You'll be on the road meeting our entertainment team, ensuring they have everything they need for the coming week. Coordinate with the State Manager and entertainers to organize equipment and costumes and keep our CRM database accurate.
- Warehouse Maintenance: You'll be responsible for maintaining our warehouse in Waterloo, ensuring it remains organised and clean. This includes ensuring all equipment and costumes are in good condition, reporting any damaged items, stocktaking, and replacing or repairing goods (needle and thread skills are a bonus!).
- Parties/Events: Be a shining example of an excellent host! You'll receive 10/10 feedback from customers who love your energy and enthusiasm. You should be interested in leading your own Kids Parties and/or Team Building Events.
- Training: Assist in training new entertainers, running sessions to help new team members build their core skill sets.

Requirements:
- A reliable car and current driver's license are ESSENTIAL.
- Working With Children's Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
- Some weekend availability.
