What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn to manage the end-to-end invoicing and billing process using MYOB
- Work closely with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing
- Assist in reconciling payments , generating reports, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Develop skills in credit checks, returns, and credit note processing
- Support the team with daily bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Build strong relationships with customers and vendors while ensuring a first-class service experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in finance, invoicing, and purchasing—no prior experience required
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to develop Excel and MYOB skills (training provided)
