Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
The Role:
- Full Time Role. $28.87 per hour + penalties & Super
- Free Parking next to the hotel

Primary Responsibilities
- Take charge during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example.
- Collaborate with your team to inspire motivation and achieve exceptional results together.
- Contribute to creating schedules, supporting team development, and aligning departmental efforts.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment becomes a memory and every experience tells a story.
- When challenges arise, demonstrate your ability to turn obstacles into opportunities.
- Guide your team in achieving service excellence while actively seeking information to enhance your product knowledge.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
- Prior history of leading teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
- A commitment to delivering exceptional events at the hotel, from setup to teardown.
- Possession of a valid NSW RSA
- A strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and effectively leading a team of diverse professionals.
