The Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Product Manager. Based out of our global HQ in Brisbane, and reporting to the Director of Product Management, the ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of product management experience and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
This is a Brisbane-based role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

What You’ll Do

Customer Focus

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and stay informed about user needs and pain points to continuously improve the product.

  • Identify & prioritise customer pain points to address, experiment and continuously iterate on opportunities & solutions to move the success metrics forward.

Product Planning and Roadmapping

  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Evangelize roadmap features outlining what it is, why it is prioritized over others, and benefits for the customer and for the company.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, customer success, implementation, support and sales, to drive product development and GTM activities.

  • Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

Execution

  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with Engineering and UX Design teams on timely and successful delivery of product releases.

  • Prioritize product backlog and attend appropriate agile ceremonies and ensure teams are focused on the most impactful items.

Performance Measurement

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.

  • Regularly report on product performance to leadership and stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related).

  • 2-4 years of experience in software product management.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

  • Experience in, or familiarity with, project/workforce management tools and best practices within construction and other trades industries is a plus.
