About the role
Mercy Community are on the search for an experienced and passionate Coordination Facilitator specialising in Domestic and Family Violence . This is a Permanent Full-Time basis based in Caboolture (covering the Moreton Bay region).
The successful applicant will provide collaboration, engagement and communication to support the safety and wellbeing of the women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. The role will raise awareness of the Moreton Bay Domestic and Family Violence Systems Coordination (MBDFVSC) program within the community by liaising with a broad network of stakeholders who participate in or impact on the success of client plans, referrals and goals.
Pay level $85,126 per annum (SCHADS Level 4) plus superannuation plus salary packaging available
This role involves but not limited to -
- Work collaboratively with your line manager to identify sector needs, and at times client needs, and deliver appropriate services within available resources, continually assessing effectiveness and responding to changing needs and dynamics
- Build and maintain trusting and meaningful working relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Create opportunities for collaboration and integrated service response, build practitioner capability, deliver information and sector changes to stakeholders
About you
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
- Degree in Social Work, Behavioural Sciences, Psychology or related discipline from a recognised institution
- Understanding and knowledge of the Queensland Domestic and Family Violence System
- Current and valid Queensland Provisional Green or above Drives Licence
- Current and valid Paid Blue Card (Queensland Working With Children Check) or ability to apply
