About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our national team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function and partnering with business leaders to drive business results.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR issues.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and participate in HR projects as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a HR Business Partner role.
- An ability to occasionally travel interstate (approx. once per month)
- Experience in working within the NDIS or community services sector (desirable).
- Understanding of the SCHADS Award.
- Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Mandatory requirements:
- Obtain a NDIS worker screening clearance (Yellow Card)
- Rights to work in Australia
