We Are Looking for:
- Individuals who are passionate about supporting others and want to be part of a collaborative team
- People with experience in the disability or care sector, as well as those new to the field
- Energetic, caring, and values-driven individuals who are eager to help others achieve their goals and unlock their potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Provide manual handling support
- Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential
- Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
- Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
- Engage in person-centered active support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Typical Shifts Include:
- 0700 – 1500
- 1500 – 2300
- 1500 – 2300 (Passive Support)
We offer 24/7 support, and shift flexibility is available to meet the needs of our participants. We are happy to discuss shift options further based on your availability.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability-related check
- Working with Children Check
- A current Driver’s License
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
- Experience in diabetes management, dysphagia, and manual handling (preferred but not essential)

Additional Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with high behaviours of concern
- Ability to implement individual developmental programs and positive behaviour support strategies
- Flexibility to adapt to changing service delivery needs
- Experience in different models of support
