Navigator Group is looking for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. This role is ideal for both early-career psychologists and experienced practitioners, offering strong clinical support, structured development opportunities, and diverse client work.

The Role

As a Registered or Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in:

• Assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery.

• Providing evidence-based treatment, ensuring clients receive the most effective care tailored to their individual needs.

• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic and person-centered recovery approach.

This is a full-time role, but we welcome part-time applications from the right candidate.

Who We’re Looking For

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist

• Eligible for SIRA registration

• Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment

• (Desirable) Understanding of the compensable injury sector
