The successful candidate will be passionate about leading high-performing legal support teams and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison. You will have demonstrated experience in managing workloads to meet deadlines. Proficiency in computerised information systems is required and an interest in exploring information technology systems is valued. A proactive and collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism are essential.

In Addition, The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

  • Effectively influences and lead teams using high-level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate with clients and staff at all levels, whilst maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to tailor communication methods to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and adherence to professional standards.
  • Fosters a positive work environment through application of demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Develops own learning by accessing information from a variety of sources, including internal and external networks, and sharing information with others.
  • Ability to effectively manage and utilise technology, data, and operational processes.
