Description:
Combine your passion for administration and customer service in one role as a Team Assistant for our Pathology and Short Courses team.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the overall functionality of the portfolio and daily operations within the office, ensuring effective communication and providing high level administrative support, customer service and industry liaison.
To ensure the smooth operation of this office, you will need to call on your well-developed troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues, maintain office equipment and address concerns from both students and teachers within the portfolio.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritise competing tasks, manage deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities will put you in good stead to successfully carry out this role.
Experience and proficiency with TAFE learning management systems and tools like TechOne may be advantageous but not essential.
Skills & attributes for success in this role
Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or equivalent in a business related discipline and/or demonstrated competence through relevant experience.

Salary
$68,392 to $74,345 p.a plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
