The builder is a contractor who specialise in building affordable housing. They are growing their team in their city centre office and are looking for an experienced Construction Administrator. As the team grows, this builder anticipates progression opportunities arising for team members who prove themselves. They are a forward-thinking business in a strong financial position. This builder needs someone with solid experience in the house building sector to manage construction projects from the office, working closely with site supervisors. Social housing or NDIS experience would be an advantage but is not required. The role will involve client care as well as tracking budgets and ensuring all administration is up to date, with an accurate file. You will work as closely with other team members, some of whom are interstate.
Requirements of the role:
- 4 years' experience managing house building projects
- Experience as a Contract Administrator/Construction Administrator or similar
- Disciplined - to work with minimal supervision
- Team player, with good people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Social housing experience preferred
- Organised & able to use modern construction management software
