The Role
We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to join our team in Noosa. This hands-on role will involve overseeing site operations, ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality work, and managing the on-site team. The successful candidate will take ownership of project scopes, ensuring that time and cost-effective construction methodologies are followed while maintaining strong communication with the Project Manager. Key responsibilities will include leading site staff, managing resources such as materials, plant, and subcontractors, and meeting daily productivity and timeline targets.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in civil construction, particularly in pipelaying, drainage, utilities, pavement, and concrete works. Strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety are essential. A self-motivated, problem-solving approach is required, with a focus on delivering excellent results. While plant tickets and a HR/HC truck license are beneficial, they are not mandatory. The successful applicant will have a passion for quality work and contribute to a positive team culture. A strong understanding of WHS practices and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of safety will be crucial.
