Our opportunity
As a Principal Policy Officer, you will use your initiative and experience to provide sound independent and authoritative strategic policy advice and recommendations to the VGCCC, on a range of complex policy issues including policy frameworks and gaps in regulation of the gambling industry in Victoria.
To be successful in this position you will have:
* A proven track record in leading a policy team in the provision of expert advice on complex policy position within a complex regulatory environment.
* Experience in developing and or implementing policy frameworks, for regulating in a complex environment.
* An appropriate tertiary qualification in the fields of law, public policy or other relevant discipline is required.
* Significant regulatory policy experience in developing frameworks for industry is an advantage.
