VCAT
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. About the Role
The Rental Dispute Resolution Victoria (RDRV) Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and providing secretariat support for the RDRV Program. You will support the Executive Director and Senior Manager with project coordination and support, secretariat services, governance and reporting as needed, including maintainig project documentation, developing a critical issues register and undertaking meeting scheduling and documentation.
You will be required to:
* provide a range of project management and support services including the preparation of briefs and presentations
* maintain project documentation and monitor project plans whilst coordinating resources
* provide leadership, specialist expertise and to collaborate with the internal project team members and internal/external stakeholders
* negotiate and liaise with CSV executives, senior managers and external organisations regarding the project and represent VCAT in discussions to identify and resolve complex operational and project issues
* coordinate activities required to progress the program and assist in the analysis of information gathered.
Note: This role is a fixed term role until 27 February 2026.
About You
As a preferred candidate, you will demonstrate:
* you are proactive and detail-oriented with a proven ability to support and lead initiatives by preparing reports, briefs and presentations
* your experience in coordinating resources to meet project outcomes on time and within scope
* your strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, internal/external teams and a range of stakeholders and colleagues
* your ability to manage project documentation and coordinate key activities within a project delivery context
Demonstrated experience working in a tribunal environment is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in project management is desirable.
