How will I help?

As a Private Banker, you will:
- Cultivate and expand a portfolio of high net worth client relationships through both existing clients and new acquisitions from internal and external sources.
- Foster strong partnerships with all business partners within Private Wealth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with banking and wealth management product/distribution partners across the Westpac Group to deliver solutions that meet our high net worth clients’ needs.
- Identify, assess, and manage compliance obligations and issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of client prospecting and new business networking to drive acquisitions.
- Promote digital self-service adoption among clients and encourage digital interactions.

What do I need?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in a personal client-facing or relationship management role, ideally within Private Banking or Business/Commercial Banking (minimum 2 years).
- In-depth knowledge of Lending, particularly Consumer Lending, with experience in Commercial or Business Lending highly valued.
- Strong understanding of both Consumer and Business Lending credit policies and principles.
- RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification (ideal) and a passion for building your wealth knowledge and skills.
- Established professional networks in the High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) space.
- A strong desire to grow your career and contribute in a collaborative environment.
