About the role: We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to join our growing team, working at the forefront of innovation. This role involves the development of cutting-edge electronic systems, integrating hardware, software, and firmware for our advanced surveillance and reconnaissance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCB design, firmware development, and hardware design for aviation and ruggedized environments.

Key responsibilities: Design and develop PCBs, ensuring performance and reliability. Develop and test firmware for STM32 or similar microcontrollers, with a focus on motor control. Work on hardware design around EMI/EMC requirements driven by standards such as DO-160. Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate electronics into larger systems. Contribute to supply management and configuration control for electronics components. Support the development of camera gimbals and related embedded systems. Ensure compliance with aviation hardware requirements for manned and unmanned systems. Your experience and skills: 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering. Strong experience with hardware, firmware, and software development. PCB design experience (Altium preferred but not essential). Experience developing firmware for STM32 or similar platforms, especially in motor control applications. Exposure to aviation hardware and ruggedized electronics. Experience with EMI/EMC-driven hardware design and compliance testing. Familiarity with camera gimbal systems is a plus. Experience in supply chain management and configuration control is a plus.
