Evidence on the effectiveness of our programs have been demonstrated compared to 120 other pain management providers in the Electronic Persistent Pain Outcomes Collaboration ( ePPOC ).
With seven clinics, we have high demand for psychology services for mental health problems, as well as multidisciplinary pain management.

About this opportunity
We are currently looking for a full time or part time psychologist (minimum 3 days per week) to join our multi-disciplinary team at our Boronia practice.
More information about this role includes:
- Above award rate with FT salary up to $110,000 + super (estimated approx. $120k total package) for 38 hours/week including leave
- Well suited to early career psychologists interested in developing skills in pain management and various psychological interventions (including ACT, CBT)
- Flexible hours and caseload mix of telehealth and face to face (primarily face to face). A higher ratio of telehealth sessions is negotiable over time based on quality of clinical services provided
- Comprehensive induction, and ongoing training and mentoring (individual supervision and group sessions) through our best practice clinical excellence program. All practitioners are committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement of clinical standards
- Annual professional development allowance
- Caseload size graduated depending on progress with induction and training, with caseload monitoring to ensure a balance of presentations (especially on commencement)

- A robust and extensive professional referral network to grow caseload overtime. Practitioners can expect a full list of patients on commencement (with a reduced caseload if required during initial training)

About you
- Full registration with AHPRA (not probationary registration)
- A genuine interest in developing high level clinical skills in psychology as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary pain management team
