An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing organisation that make a difference in the lives of children and families as we have expanded our services in 2025 to establish more Three and Four-Year-Old Kindergartens within the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.
About Northern Schools Early Years Cluster
The Northern Schools Early Years (NSEY) is a Early Years Management group that supports 18 Early Childhood services, 16 of which are co-located on school sites. We are proud to have been announced as winners in the 2023 Department of Education’s Victorian Early Years Awards for Continuity of Learning for our kindergarten to grade 6 model and Improving Access and Participation in Early Learning for fast tracking 15 hours of funded 3 year old kindergarten.
Our purpose is to “Love a Life of Learning and Living,” and we aim to set the highest standard of early years education in partnership with local schools and the community. We are committed to maximising outcomes for children in the early years, encouraging opportunities for families to be involved in their child’s early education and promoting professional career support, development and well-being for our educators.
The Opportunity - Kindergartens on School Sites - Hume & Merri-Bek Areas
Our kindergartens are co-located on school sites and deliver sessional kindergarten programs for three and four-year-old children. Our reputation is recognised both locally and nationally within the early childhood industry as an educational model and standard for the future, incorporating Kindergarten to Grade -6 and in some cases zero – grade 6, where we worked in an integrated service delivery model alongside schools, Maternal Health Nurses, playgroups and community hubs.
The successful Early Childhood Educators will support the delivery of our kindergarten programs.
Full time and Part-time positions are available at our various Kindergartens from 18.25 to 38 hours per week spread over 3-5 days per week during school terms.
