Your opportunity:
As our valued Business Analyst (NBA), you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of our transformation program through your experience and understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies.
You'll make impact by:
· Work within a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad to understand the business issues and translate the business requirements for campaign activities into technical requirements for Pega CDH and our marketing tools.
· Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Technology to gather and prioritise requirements and ensure alignment.
· Guide and educate business stakeholders on the capabilities of Pega CDH and our in-house marketing platforms
· Help stakeholders determine the potential value associated with Next Best action using Pega CDH features including scenario planner, action performance tracker etc.
· Document technical requirements in Pega 1:1 Operations Manager
· Coordinate with Technical teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities across development, testing and deployment.
What you’ll bring:
· A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams to deliver business outcomes.
· Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements for Pega CDH & marketing tools
· Proven experience and understanding of marketing and customer engagement strategies
· Knowledge and experience working with large data sets or SQL
Ideally, you will also have:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Previous experience with Pega CDH platform and Pega 1:1 Operations Manager is a plus.
