Are you an experienced SAP Integration Manager with a strong background in project management and integrating SAP and non-SAP systems ? We are seeking a skilled professional to lead SAP data management initiatives in a strategic, non-technical capacity.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end integration of SAP and non-SAP systems , ensuring seamless data flow across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive project execution, and ensure data integrity and compliance within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP and non-SAP integration projects , ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Oversee SAP Data Management strategies, including governance, quality, and compliance.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to define integration requirements and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical teams.
• Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports for key initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP integration and SAP data management .
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading integration projects.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams , ensuring seamless communication.
• Knowledge of SAP landscapes , data structures, and governance principles (non-technical).
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data migration best practices .
