• Essential Criteria : Proven experience in subdivision, road, and general civil construction is paramount. Exceptional team management and project oversight skills are essential. The ability to plan, coordinate site activities, and conduct toolbox talks while maintaining the highest safety standards is required.

2. Utilities Supervisor – Sydney/ Newcastle
Based in the dynamic Sydney/Newcastle region, this role focuses on overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of essential civil utilities projects, encompassing water, sewer, and stormwater as well as transport projects.
• Essential Criteria: 5+ years working for TfNSW and +15 years’ experience as a supervisor. Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams of skilled tradespeople is essential. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating site activities, adhering to project schedules and budgets, and maintaining a safe work environment through daily toolbox talks and regulatory compliance. Effective communication and liaison skills with clients, engineers, and stakeholders are vital.
