The Investor Relations and Sustainability Reporting team facilitates the accurate and effective communication of the Bank’s performance and strategy with investors and the wider investment community, enabling them to make informed choices about CBA as an investment option. We work with stakeholders across the Bank to develop market-leading and highly scrutinised disclosures.

As a Manager, Retail Shareholders and Reporting you will support the development of the Bank’s investor communication projects such as the Annual Report and other external sustainability reporting, assist in the management of digital assets including the Investor Centre website, and support on retail shareholder inquiries.
This exciting role will immerse you in an array of topics, working with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn about investor relations while working on the Annual Report , materiality assessment, sustainability metrics and other external reports. You will also assist in the completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to and writing external reports and key investor communications.
- Contributing to project management of key deliverables.
- Completion and analysis of sustainability and climate-related surveys.
- Analysing and researching domestic and global reporting best practices.
- Leading the verification and assurance processes for key external disclosures and reports.
- Developing and maintaining digital assets including our Investor Centre.
- Providing effective, prompt and empathetic handling of retail shareholder inquiries.
- Collaborating with external suppliers and internal teams on shared priorities and projects.

- 3-5 years reporting, finance or communications experience and/or tertiary qualifications in communications, accounting, finance or other relevant fields are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS suite of applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving positive change within the Bank.
