UGL Defence is currently working towards the award of a fuel related Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance contract with Defence. We are recruiting for Fuel Supply Planners to join our business in what is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in the Australia Defence environment to support the national security requirements of the Nation.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Fuel Operations Manager, the Supply Planner is tasked with executing the Fuel Supply Management Services (FSMS) on a day-to-day fuel operation across their assigned geographical locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Execution of the Fuel Supply Management Services (FSMS) on a day-to-day across their region
- Manage supply operations within 0–4-month time horizon coordinating; forecasting process, surge requirements and issuing supply notices
- Work closely with stakeholders to create, maintain and optimise supply
- Oversee data inputs in JFIMS, manage stock progression worksheets and monitor quality specs

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business/Commerce or significant industry experience
- Extensive experience in fuel supply chain operations and logistics in APAC with supply, scheduling, or trading experience
- Experience in quality demand forecasting and management of fuel with an understanding of product quality specifications and assurance procedures
- Australian Citizenship is essential to obtaining relevant security clearance for this role
