Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries.
• Support customers with product information, delivery updates, subscription management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and marketing teams to resolve customer concerns and improve processes.
• Record and escalate customer feedback to help shape business decisions and product improvements.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues where needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service role (e.g. retail, contact centre, or hospitality).
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as live chat platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for making a difference in customers' lives (bonus points if you're into food or fitness!).
Shift Details:
We understand life is busy, so we offer flexible shifts to suit your schedule. Current customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm, with plans to extend to 8 am - 6 pm in the future.
We also offer part time opportunities, with a minimum of three consecutive days per week.
