About the Role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Foot & vehicle patrols, monitoring and use of CCTV and radio communications systems
- Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
- Liaising with police and emergency response services
- Maintaining logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
- Escort staff and customers where required
- Perform concierge duties
- Responding professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & Experience
- Current QLD Security Licence – unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
- Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Current open drivers’ licence
- Intermediate computer skills
- Have unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
