Description:
The role is Monday-Friday, working 38 hours per week at an attractive hourly rate.

About the role:
- Manage and coordinate various tradeshows and events, including AgFest, Agritechnica, InAgritech, South Island Agricultural Field Days, AgQuip, Cotton Tradeshow, FarmFest, and North Australian Food Futures (and others depending on the year).
- Coordinate annual conferences and dealer events, including Annual Dealer Conference, Kick-Off Conference, and Rural Aid Events.
- Oversee promo item ordering, stock control, and delivery to dealers.
- Support dealer development, including fulfilling dealer requests, onboarding post-contract signature, and managing new dealer opening events.
- Proactively manage the expenditure of dealer development marketing/training funds.
- Assist in creating regional-specific marketing collateral, such as brochures.
- Take ownership of social media content, create a content calendar, and schedule posts.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Write briefs and coordinate photo/video shoots.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
About the individual:
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management tools.
- Experience in creating marketing collateral, including brochures and promotional materials.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and suggest improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in marketing or event coordination is essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in the agricultural, trade, or dealer development industry is a plus.
- A passion for marketing and event management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed for events and tradeshows.
