Administration Assistant (Full-Time)

An established and innovative specialised manufacturing business is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role:
We offer flexible working hours with the possibility of working from home where practical. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative capabilities to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Assisting with accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Supporting team operations and ensuring efficient office workflows.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in administration and office management.
  • Extensive experience using MYOB.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
