An established and innovative specialised manufacturing business is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
- Assisting with accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting.
- Supporting team operations and ensuring efficient office workflows.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in administration and office management.
- Extensive experience using MYOB.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
