Your Role:
As our Customer Experience Superstar, you will be the welcoming face of Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters, providing a first-class customer experience that reflects the premium lifestyle we offer.
This is a full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
In this role, you will:
- Create unforgettable first impressions by warmly greeting and engaging with clients, visitors, and homeowners.
- Maintain and showcase our luxury display homes, ensuring they’re immaculate and presentation-ready.
- Deliver high-level customer service by providing accurate, detailed information about our homes, amenities, and community.
- Guide prospective buyers through their journey to homeownership, creating an exceptional and personalised experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive sales events.
- Use your organisational and administrative skills to manage client documentation, CRM systems, and communications efficiently and professionally.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a professional who radiates confidence, thrives in a luxury-focused environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
To excel in this role, you will:
- Have at least three years of experience in customer service or sales administration.
- Be highly organised and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service levels.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, effortlessly building rapport and fostering strong client relationships.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Be flexible with your working hours to meet client and team needs.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the customer experience in a high-end environment.
