Description:
We require an Accountant to join our our Administration Management Team at Sunco Motors.
The role will incorporate the following duties:
- Assist and prepare with month-end reporting
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Manufacturer monthly reporting
- Year-End reporting requirements
- Preparation BAS statements and other government reports
- Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly management reports
- Backup for all Administration Roles including (but not limited to):
- Daily banking and customer refunds/payouts
- Vehicle sales processing and reporting
- Vehicle registrations and stock control
- Accounts receivable / Accounts payable
- Warranty Processing
- Payroll
- General Accounting and administration duties
- Cashflow
- IT support eg. user setup, basic troubleshooting
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Ability to work to a deadline with minimal supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Dealership experience an advantage
- Ability to touch type an advantage
- Ability to work in a team environment
