About the opportunity
We are on the hunt for Float Attendants (Front of House employees). This role suits someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience is provided to every client.
Float Attendant Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to the City Cave Client Experience expectations.
- Clean Service rooms.
- Complete daily and weekly reports for Management.
- Administration and Diary Management.
- Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
- Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
- Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
