The Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative and be part of a nationwide effort to promote and sell our innovative products. We're dedicated to delivering quality service to our customers, and we need your passion and expertise to drive sales and expand our market presence.
The Position
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our nationwide team of Sales Representatives and support the growth of ADP product sales in Hobart and Regional Tasmania.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, and supported by our Head Office in NSW, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers the flexibility of working from home, coupled with regular travel within the designated region to engage with our wholesale customers.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Grow sales of ADP products and market share.
- Manage the sales process in the designated region.
- Install display products where necessary.
- Action warranty requests.
- Provide regular sales reporting.

About You
Personal Attributes
- Interest in DIY projects
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- A punctual self-starter with good time management.
Essential
- Proven experience and track record in sales, preferably within the bathroom or building industry.
- Driver’s Licence and good driving record.
- Knowledge of regional Tasmania.
- Sound computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Desirable
- Trade qualifications e.g. cabinet making or joinery.
- Experience with Hubspot.
