We are currently seeking applications for an Administration and Assets Support Officer to join Information and Technology branch at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of 12 months.
Remuneration: ASO3 – Salary Range ($67,589 - $72,033 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
One year contract position with possibility of extension
This role reports to the Manager, Business Services, and works closely with key stakeholders, including the Asset team, the Service Delivery Team, Chief Information Officer, I&T staff and staff across DTF, and external agencies such as Shared Services SA.
0.8 FTE Part time work arrangement may also be considered and negotiated.

To be successful you will be:
- Experienced Good written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work under general direction and manage workload in an efficient and effective manner within agreed service levels.
- Ability to provide good customer service and possess sound analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment, contribute to a culture of teamwork and take shared responsibility for achieving results.
- Ability to respond positively in a climate of change.
- Understanding or experience in HR or ICT asset management systems and processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining information in an accurate, timely and confidential manner.
- Understanding or experience in workflow management, incident, problem and request management processes within an enterprise environment.
