We are currently seeking applications for a Training and Change Lead, to join Shared Services at The Department of Treasury & Finance for a period of term basis of up to 12 months.
Remuneration: ASO7 – Salary Range ($108,109 – $116,864 p.a.).
About the opportunity:
The Training and Change Lead will play a key role in the execution of change management activities, co-ordination and delivery of training and documentation for the HR Forms Automation project within Payroll Reform. The purpose of the project is to leverage integrated workflow functionality to develop, execute and launch into pilot a solution that will automate high volume transactions for payroll services and enhance end user experience.

About you
To be successful you will be required to:
- Lead and identify the scope, scale and complexity of anticipated change processes and people impacts for Payroll Reform, including developing the Change Impact Assessment.
- Ensure the change and training program for payroll and agency is appropriately planned, developed, implemented, managed and documented.
- Identify, actively engage with and oversee the implementation of effective stakeholder communication across Payroll Services and the public sector in relation to the HR Forms Automation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider project team within Payroll Services to ensure all identified change impacts are addressed in the training needs analysis.
- Actively manage and evaluate change and training related risks and impacts of a system, process and people nature.
- Manage, oversee and implement the development of training artefacts for the program, including policies, procedures, quick reference guides and online content.
- Lead and facilitate the delivery of significant training and change management workshops with stakeholders and system users within Payroll Services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of business activities created and received in accordance with the State Records Act 1997 and policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of the relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Code of Ethics, EEO and cultural inclusion.
- An understanding of the legislative requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act 20212.
- An understanding of and ability to work/manage to the spirit and principles of AS ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines.
