Our Team
Our Protected Vehicles team works closely with clients to design, manufacture, maintain and upgrade protected vehicles that keep people safe, all around the world. Our state-of-the-art workshops are set up to help us deliver Hawkei and Bushmaster military vehicles to strict defence standards – and set our people on rewarding career paths.
Help to design, develop and validate components and systems for our defence vehicles
Interpret our customer requirements and provide design solutions which includes engineering analysis and investigation
Conduct prototyping, trials and demonstrations of solutions
Undertake learning and training activities to develop skills and experience as a graduate engineer
Your Experience
What we value most from our graduates is a willingness to learn and the confidence to offer solutions, however the below will also come in handy
Recent degree qualification in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or automotive engineering
Any experience in a design or manufacturing environment would be regarded highly
You are an engineering enthusiast!
Leadership experience demonstrated through previous employment or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work within a diverse and inclusive team environment, results focused, resilient, resourceful and a thirst for solving problems
Initiative, inquisitive and a desire to challenge yourself and continuously keep learning
