Experienced Drill Fitter Needed
We are currently seeking an experienced Drill Fitter for a new opening in Queensland to join the team of a tier one mining and exploration company and assist in the maintenance of their brand new fleet of both surface and underground rigs.
This position comes with highly competitive rates, a 2:2 FIFO roster from ANYWHERE, and mine-site accommodation.

If successful you can expect:

• Annual salary of $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience

To be considered you must have and provide:

• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident (required)
• At least 5 years prior experience in a Drill Fitting / Maintenance role
• Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
• Hold a current Heavy Rigid driver’s licence (required)
• Clean Police Record (required)
• Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, electrics and compressors
• Problem solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet to diagnose and solve maintenance issues
• Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork
• A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
• Strong commitment to safety
