The Community Child Youth Mental Health Service at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for a First Nations Allied Health Graduate Social Worker to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Allied Health Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Service (MHAODS) New Graduate Program is a two-year (24 month) graduate training program specifically for allied health new graduates in Occupational Therapy, Social Work and Psychology with less than two years of post-qualifying experience. There are three main components of the MHAODS New Graduate Program: work-based experiential learning, formalised education and training, plus supervision and profession-specific support.
About the Team
The community CYMHS team provides intake, assessment, treatment and case management services to young people (and families) with moderate to severe mental health issues.
