The Role
The Project Coordinator will oversee a portfolio of projects from the finalisation of sale through to manufacturing and on-site delivery. The candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Projects range in size and scope and include level crossings, lane overs, retaining walls, and bespoke manufactured components like those for the North-East Link.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and coordination - Develop project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets and resource requirements
• Risk Management - Develop mitigation strategies and identify and assess project risk
• Procurement and Resource Management - Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment and services required for project implementation
• Stakeholder Management
• Budget and Financial Management along with regulatory compliance

Skills & Experience

• Civil, Structural or other related Engineering qualifications.
• Knowledge of intricate end to end construction projects.
• Able to read engineering plans and drawings.
• Identify opportunities in the market to project manage development and execution.
• Budget, scope of work and proven execution of civil projects is a must.
