The role:
- We are looking for an ambassador for L’Occitane who has a passion for beauty, delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team.
- The successful applicant will act as a strong support to our Store Manager, assisting with operational duties of the boutique and coaching/mentoring the team.
- This is a Full-Time/Permanent Part Time Position. It is a 38 hour a week position where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight
Skills/Prerequisites:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
- Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
- Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
