About the Role
We're looking for an experienced finance professional to lead the transition of custody assets, ensuring smooth operations across custodial teams and other departments. As the Custody Transition Lead , you'll play a key role in investment reporting, unit registry, fund accounting, and process improvements, helping to drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee custody asset transitions, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
- Prepare reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement transition plans, troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
- Monitor and report on investment activities, unit pricing, and fund distributions.
- Work closely with auditors, finance teams, and custodians to maintain compliance and service standards.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- CPA qualification with strong accounting and reconciliation experience.
- Solid understanding of fund accounting and investment reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
