About The Role
As the Marketing and Proposals Coordinator, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in the development and execution of our marketing strategy and assist in securing opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, and calendar for campaign execution, the creation of multimedia content, including case studies and research papers and assisting with creating high-quality proposals that meet client needs.
To drive continuous improvement, you’ll refine bid processes, templates, and best practices while staying abreast of industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Manage the marketing calendar for campaign execution.
- Create, evaluate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including case studies, company videos, research papers, infographics, whitepapers, and articles.
- Track marketing’s activities & performance against marketing KPIs & present it back to the CEO on a regular basis.
- Identify & execute sponsorship opportunities, industry events, company events as well as webinars, seminars, and lunch & learns.
- Maintain and develop the content library.
- Manage the company website to communicate our brand effectively.
- Curate and optimise social media content.
- Assist in developing bid strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements.
- Focus on supporting the highest quality of bid submissions by managing the timely preparation, review and submission of tenders.
- Collaborate with our Regional Managers to ensure sharing of information across submissions.
- Develop compelling and persuasive bid content and marketing collateral.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline is desirable
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing role, with bid management or proposal management experience.
- Experience in the Environmental Consulting, Remediation or Construction space (desirable)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and industry-specific bid requirements
- Strong computer systems skills including Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- A passion for environmental sustainability
- Well-developed presentation, written, verbal and listening skills.
- Self-motivated, accountable and customer focused.
- A current Australian driver’s licence
