Position Summary
The position is for a Quality Engineering who can work in a challenging environment (Business to Business, Business to Customer) to develop, debug and debug software changes with the application.
In this role, the candidate would be responsible to understand & develop reliable Automation strategies that fit into clients’ existing technology ecosystems
Mandatory Skills
- This role requires at least 8 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Engineering using Salesforce tools i.e. Salesforce Marketing cloud, Sales cloud, Service cloud and Data cloud, Datorama, Salesforce ADvendio.
- Should have at least 6 years’ experience with cloud solutions like AZURE DevOps / AWS. Experience with Agile process and test management tools like HP ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Litmus, Confluence, Figma.
- Expertise in understanding client requirements and propose solutions which eventually leads to a greater customer service.
- To be able to answer customer questions or provide accurate information after having the full understanding of the product.
- To be able to understand the intricacies of the system at fine level, which eventually helps to identify a solution for problems and dependencies on other systems in case of multi-interface domain.
- At least 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce tools i.e. Salesforce Marketing cloud, Sales cloud, Service cloud and Data cloud, Datorama, Salesforce ADvendio.
- Expertise in test management tools HP ALM, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Litmus, Confluence, Figma.
- Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Overall Test delivery management with Test Planning and execution of Functional, Sprint/System, E2E, UAT, Integration types of Testing.
- Daily/Weekly reporting to the stakeholders.
- Work with multiple End users, Platform vendors, Business analysts and Development team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Define Salesforce Product validation strategy and Process to validate the changes in the system as per integration patterns
- Responsible for conducting E2E product validation for Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service and Data Cloud, Datorama, Salesforce ADvendio, AppExchange products, Chatter, Apps & Portals
- Responsible for collaborating with multiple teams/applications and conduct Integration validation for SFDC integration with other systems
- Understanding organization Standard Operating Environment and develop reliable testing frameworks that fit into Salesforce applications.
- Responsible to validate Salesforce community portal on multiple devices, Mobile platforms (iOS/Android) and browsers too.
- Establish and evolve formal quality engineering practices, process, methodologies, standards and hygiene for agile efforts.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, Telecommunications
- Certified “Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant”
- Certified “Salesforce AI Associate”
- Certified Project Manager (CPM) Program
- Certified “Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist”
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certified
- BCS ISEB foundation (Business Analyst) certified.
- ITIL 2011 Foundation certified.
Salary Range: > $100,000
