ABOUT US
The Bleacher Athletic team is a division of the Cotton On Group that has supplied on-field kits for the Geelong Football Club, as well as all AFLW clubs since the competitions inception 8 years ago. We also work with the NRL on supporter wear for every club. Our work spans other sporting codes, with plans to expand further across the sporting landscape. Additionally, we design and develop the Upstate Sport brand, focusing on women’s performance and streetwear-inspired coordinates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Wholesale department at Bleacher Athletic. As a Wholesale Account Coordinator, you will support our sales and distribution operations by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and facilitating communication between internal teams and wholesale clients.
- Managing and monitoring wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillments.
- Managing invoice processes with wholesale partners.
- Building stakeholder relationships externally and internally.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers, assisting in resolving order discrepancies, returns, and claims in a professional manner.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale, account management, sales support, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in order management systems, warehouse/retail management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Confidence working autonomously, but happy to work in a team environment.
- Experience in industries like fashion, consumer goods, or retail wholesale is preferred.
