You will play a pivotal role in identifying and winning new clients, expanding Randstad’s market presence, and nurturing existing partnerships.You will utilize your expertise to create effective business strategies and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions to your clients. You will be an expert at sourcing, attracting, and placing top candidates across your industry.What is in it for you?

About you
- To be successful you will have a minimum of 2 - 5 years recruitment experience at an agency
- You will be passionate about providing recruitment solutions for clients
- You will have a passion for business development
- You will be a positive person and a team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- You are a high achiever with a competitive nature and a desire to succeed in a sales environment
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation
