Our client is an industry leader within Australia who value their staff. They are now looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their busy team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role you will be part of a team, responsible for the end-to-end processing of over 900 employees. You will need to be accurate and have excellent communication skills when speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
The role:
- End to end processing of payroll in accordance to the companies policies and procedures
- Onboarding new starters
- Ensure compliance with superannuation
- Processing termination requests
- Investigate discrepancies in pay or other employee entitlements
- Reconciliations
- Leave Management - ensure all leave and other entitlements are recorded
- Dealing with Payroll queries
Profile:
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
