The Role
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Program Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of payroll, rostering and HRIS systems. Your duties will include project governance, reporting, planning, meeting coordination, and ensuring the project meets budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project delivery with a focus on scope, timelines, budget, and stakeholder management.
- Managing project plans and reporting, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Supporting project administration functions such as risk management, quality control, and data analysis.
- Coaching and providing project management support to team members, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing payroll, rostering and HRIS implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of communication and stakeholder engagement. You will bring:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Project Management certification.
- Experience in managing complex projects and developing clear project plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage external vendors and contractors, and a proven track record of handling conflicting priorities.
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening (Working with Children's Check, Police Checks, etc.).
