Your role

Join our nurturing Yates Marketing team in this key role as a Senior Brand Manager responsible for the Plant Health and Plant Protection category growth plan and managing all brands in the portfolio including leading the planning and execution of cross-portfolio Sustainability roadmap for Yates Group.

This 12-month fixed term contract position will report to the Brand Portfolio and Innovation Manager and will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives to enable growth across the portfolio with rigorous investment discipline and resource allocation.

You’ll be joining a high performing team and great team culture that values collaboration and working in an agile environment. In this role, you will be supported by our experienced campaigns and NPD teams plus you will be working with the number one creative agency and media agency in the industry in a fun category within popular culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritise and be accountable for execution of Plant Health and Protection NPD initiatives
  • Develop and execute category retail experiences that drive shopper conversion in store
  • Identify and prioritise new to category innovation that delivers long term sustainable growth
  • Planning and execution of Yates Group Sustainability roadmap
  • Be accountable for brand health, reputation and governance

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful brand initiatives, including multiple brand portfolio management and guidelines development
  • Strong leadership with experience in leading complex cross-functional teams across diverse markets
  • Experience in executing Sustainability initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with complex distribution channels and sophisticated retailers
